Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Hakkachan collects when you make a reservation, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What We Collect

When you book a seating, we collect your name and email address (via our payment processor, Stripe), along with the reservation date, number of guests, and amount paid.

How We Use It

We use this information only to confirm and manage your reservation, and to contact you about that booking if needed. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or share it with third parties beyond what's needed to process payment.

Payment Data

Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — Stripe's own privacy policy governs how they handle that information.

Your Rights

Under the PDPA, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by us. To do so, message us on WhatsApp.
